Valeria Muhmmad is Board Certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s degree in Nursing at Drexel University. Valeria over 25 years of experience as a nurse and has worked in various settings. Valeria has a passion for health and wellness She has 7 children and six grandchildren. She resides in Claymont, Delaware with her husband of 19 years Matin Muhammad and youngest daughter Najla Muhammad.

Cameron Prendergast

Cameron Prendergast, Board Certified Bariatric Counselor, Master Life and Health Coach, Weight Loss Management Specialist, Functional Nutritionist has over 15 years of experience in the weight loss and wellness world. She has partnered with individuals and medical practices to provide a multi-disciplinary concierge experience for each patient based on their specific goals. Pulling from her background in functional nutrition, behavioral therapy, and nutraceuticals, she assesses each patient comprehensively to understand their journey. Cameron partners with and supports patients to empower them and guide them to their goals by creating a balanced approach to nutrition, examining causes of inflammation in the body, and applying strategic supplementation to support the metabolic system. She utilizes functional testing to identify dysbiosis markers, maldigestion, and other areas of gut health to identify and create a more targeted approach. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, meditating, and spending time with her 20 and 17-year-old daughters. She has also been writing a book for patients that pulls from all of her years of patient relationships; she hopes that this literature will not only serve as a support and educational tool but also that many patients will relate to the stories and apply some of the lessons to their journey with love, encouragement and healing space.

She specializes in IV Therapy, Vitamin + Wellness Shots, to help you reach your health and beauty goals!Samantha has been a practicing nurse since 2015 after finishing her MSN at Wilmington University. She has nursing experience as a mental health nurse working with children, in emergency care, as a clinical instructor, and as a school nurse. Samantha is married and a mother of two girls!
